Daniel Hewes works one-on-one with his clients to craft workout routines that fit each individual person’s daily schedule. Finding time for fitness isn’t always easy; but then again, there’s nothing easy about taking on the challenge of a health and wellness journey. Hewes prefers to encourage his clients to start small. Finding time for basic exercise is possible with the right perspective. Hewes schedules early morning, mid-day and late night workouts that work around his clients’ busy schedules. His routines are individualized to meet each client’s goals. His light personal training program focuses on training within your own outdoor environment. For this package, Hewes meets up with a client in a designated spot, such as a park or a bike path. Together, the pair go through a series of stretch exercises, before starting with some cardio and a job. Then, Hewes likes to incorporate elements of the outdoors, such as trees, stonewalls and more, to engage in basic exercises, like bench dips, push ups, jumps and walking lunges. No fancy equipment or gym visits are necessary to meet your health and fitness goals. All you need is the right mentality and the right Personal Trainer!
